About us

Kis Holdings Inc. was founded in 2007, Toronto, Canada. We started as fabric importer and gradually developed into private label garment importer, manufacturer and distributor.

In 2017, we introduced Orange River® premium workwear brand into the market. Today Orange River® workwear becomes one of the most recognizable workwear brands in Canada which can be found in over 400 stores in the North America.

In 2022, we started importing and distributing the paper bags due to high demand of Eco-friendly packaging. In 2023, we become the first full color digital printer in Toronto serving local and US customer for small run and fast delivery of custom paper bags. At the same year, we start importing and distributing Eco-friendly food packaging in Canada.

With our extended experience in Canada-China trade, we established the Ulife/Blubee team in 2020 focusing house&kitchen, personal care and apparel trade.

We have a total 50,000 sq.feet warehouses in Aurora, Markham and St.Gedeon as well as the local printing facility (Markham) and garment alteration facility (St.Gedeon) to meet the ever changing market demands.
